I created Toki because I believe we can give kids more joy and fun in their upbringing than what standard retail toys stores currently offer.
Launceston, Tasmania – my hometown and the birthplace of Toki – is a growing city, and the perfect place to start or grow a family. But as I walk through the city and look into stores, I feel the toy market lacks quality. Toki Toys are more than just another plastic toy which will break or be abandoned. Our products are curated to champion sustainability, development, and joy. See the different brands we offer below.

When I get free time I like to attend markets across the state. I see many creative and crafty minds making works of art full of love that would benefit any child. Some vendors would love to expand into a store but don’t have the capacity. Toki Toys bridges that gap for Tasmanian creators. If you know any creators, PLEASE encourage them to contact me!
Traveling abroad has also opened my eyes, finding many toy brands and products of incredible design that I have never seen in Tasmania or indeed Australia. Toys that challenge a child to be imaginative, creative, co-operative and FUN. Toys that are also conscious of our environment, taking into consideration our kids’ future world.
